1) 방문하다, 오다
come around = 오다(come) (around 근처에 있을테니)

마침내 그녀의 차례가 돌아왔다.
2) 의견/생각/마음을 바꾸고 돌아오다
come around = 오다 돌다(한바퀴) = 마음이 바뀌다.

3) 의식/정신을 차리다
come around = 오다(정신차리다) + around 어지럽게 빙빙돌다가

그 사람 기절했는데, 다행히 빨리 의식을 차렸어.
